Hi Everyone, my name is Stephen and am happy to be a moderator for this new community. I first got started with Tax Sale Investing in 1999 and have not stopped learning about this awesome investing technique. I have taught investors on seminar stages and have written guides and books about the subject. In fact one time one of my books was featured on TV, so that was kinda cool.
